About the Project
This project focuses on helping students to reconnect with their history, heritage and culture. Lesson plans and units of work within this program help students to record and share their local stories with a global audience of connected classrooms therefore protecting and demonstrating the importance of their rich heritage.

The Global Goals for Sustainable Development are fundamental to the success of this project. This project links to four different goals 4, 5, 11 and 17. More information can be found on the Global Goals for Sustainable Development Website.

About the Project Founders
Marc Faulder
Marc Faulder is a teacher in Nottingham, England working in the Early Years with 3 to 5 year olds. As well as being the leader of computing and technology at an Equals Trust school, Marc also provides professional development for Nottinghamshire County Council’s curriculum networks. He speaks nationally, sharing his ideas at events such as the British Educational Training and Technology Show (BETT) and the Education Innovation Conference (EIC).
Jason Milner
Jason Milner is a teacher in Sydney, Australia working in Primary Education with 5 to 12 year olds. Jason is a technology leader at his school and is passionate about education and learning.
He sees education as a living and breathing environment, which is impacted by change both around the world and in local societies. He believes that innovation, creativity, collaboration and communication are all key factors in the ecosystem of education. Without these ‘creatures’ students will not reach their full potential.
